Our company was formed in late 2007 by Luis Pina who started his career with Henry S. Miller Commercial, a well respected full service real estate firm in Dallas. Luis, a Mexican native , has successfully found his niche, focusing on the growing Hispanic market in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. He teamed up with Jake Jordan who also worked at Henry S. Miller to ultimately get the company off the ground. Jake has worked extensively on investment property sales and retail land sales at Henry S. Miller. Their expertise lends to each other and they resolved that working together could better suit the needs of their clients. Our team has since grown to include Sebastian Rodriguez who adds his experience in sales and market analysis as well as commercial development in Dallas, one of top fastest growing cities in the nation.
Meet the Team
Luis Pina was born in Mexico City, Mexico and has been residing in Dallas since 1989. He attended the National University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City and the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). Luis, a licensed real estate broker, joined Henry S. Miller Commercial at the end of 1999. He speaks Spanish and English fluently and understands Portuguese. He is also an active member of ICSC.

Jake Jordan started his career with Henry S. Miller in 2003 after graduating from Southern Methodist University. His work at HSM focused on the disposition of retail strip and shopping centers in the Dallas Fort Worth area. His focus has since broadened to leasing, restaurant sales, pad site sales and retail land sales. After five years with Henry S. Miller, he decided to start Accent Commercial Real Estate. During his career, Jake has been involved with transactions netting upwards of 70 million dollars.

Sebastian Rodriquez became an associate for Accent Commercial Real Estate in 2018.
Specializing in the sale and lease of commercial real estate properties in the Hispanic market.
His roles at Accent include land sales, market analysis for national auto insurance clients and
retail leasing in DFW.
Sebastian has conducted retail leases with national tenants such as Fred Loya Insurance, Amax, and Mint Dentistry.
Sebastian graduated with a bachelor’s degree in
Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington School of Business. During college, he
interned at Otis Elevator company where he focused on the finance and accounting
departments. Also spent time interning at the Atlantic housing foundation, a national nonprofit commercial real estate firm. His focus was on financial analysis and commercial real estate development.
Sebastian is now in the process of attaining his CCIM (Certified Commercial
