GROWING THE HISPANIC MARKET
Our company was formed in late 2007 by Luis Pina who started his career with Henry S. Miller Commercial, a well respected full service real estate firm in Dallas. Luis, a Mexican native , has successfully found his niche, focusing on the growing Hispanic market in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. He teamed up with Jake Jordan who also worked at Henry S. Miller to ultimately get the company off the ground. Jake has worked extensively on investment property sales and retail land sales at Henry S. Miller. Their expertise lends to each other and they resolved that working together could better suit the needs of their clients. Our team has since grown to include Sebastian Rodriguez who adds his experience in sales and market analysis as well as commercial development in Dallas, one of top fastest growing cities in the nation.

Luis Pina | Executive Chief Officer | Commercial Real Estate Expert
Luis Pina, born in Mexico City, Mexico, has been a resident of Dallas since 1989. With over two decades of experience as a licensed real estate broker, Luis has cultivated his expertise in commercial real estate, specializing in the redevelopment of distressed shopping centers and historic downtown buildings dating back to the early 1900s. In addition to his brokerage services, Luis also offers consulting, guiding clients through the intricate world of real estate investment and redevelopment. Throughout his illustrious career, Luis has been involved in transactions carrying a cumulative value of over $500 million.Notably, he spent his formative years in the industry at Henry S. Miller, where he laid the foundation for his successful career.
Luis has consistently represented high-net-worth individuals for investment properties, showcasing his capability to navigate complex transactions. His proficiency extends beyond Texas, having successfully completed deals in Seattle, Washington; Virginia; California; Oklahoma; Missouri; and back to his roots in Mexico City.

Sebastian Rodriquez became an associate for Accent Commercial Real Estate in 2018, specializing in the sale and lease of commercial real estate properties in the Hispanic market. His roles at Accent include land sales, market analysis for national auto insurance clients and retail leasing in DFW. Sebastian has conducted retail leases with national tenants including: Fred Loya Insurance, Amax, and Mint Dentistry. During college, he interned at Otis Elevator company in the finance and accounting departments. He also interned at the Atlantic housing foundation, a national nonprofit commercial real estate firm, where he focused on financial analysis and commercial real estate development.
